In addition, we partner with Fayetteville Public Utilities and TVA to perform energy rating tests and confirm that the home meets Energyright standards.

The second way is to guide you through the design process with an architect to create a low-waste, high-efficiency home built around your family’s needs and desires. The creation is called a Bella Verde home, a thoughtful approach to construction that allows the owner to create a beautiful home that is comfortable for the family and undemanding on the environment.
